This electronic keypad entry deadbolt and passage knob combo door lock by MiLocks brings convenience to your home. The keyless entry deadbolt and knob combo is a direct replacement for your traditional deadbolt and knob, and it installs just as easily on both left-handed doors and right-handed doors that are 1 1/4"- 1 7/8" thick.
You will find it incredibly useful to simply share a code instead of sharing a key. This feature provides easy access for your kids coming home from school, eliminates the need to take your keys with you on a run, and removes the necessity of making extra keys for others. You'll wonder why you didn't switch to keyless entry sooner.
In addition to adding individual users, you can also program a master code to multiple locks, a valuable feature for property management. The keypad glows in the dark, facilitating operation at night. It includes an adjustable latch with 2 different backset settings of 2 3/8" and 2 3/4" and features audible tones when locking, unlocking, and low battery warning. The lock operates on 4 "AA" batteries, which are not included.
This lock comes with a 25-year mechanical warranty, a 1-year electrical warranty, and a limited lifetime warranty on the finish. It offers a keyless keypad entry feature, allowing you to add up to 10 keypad users and 10 remotes (1 remote is included). The backlit keypad provides better visibility in the dark, and the direct replacement design means no extra work on standard door prep.
The easy programming feature allows you to add or delete users in seconds using the simple keypad and remote programming procedure. Additionally, the lock is smartphone-compatible, allowing you to control it using the INSTEON home automation system.
